T'nalak Youth GroupT’nalak Youth Group is a group of community youth volunteers who conduct Academic tutorial session every Saturday.  They are helping academically gifted but marginalized public high school students in South Cotabato to have access in college;

Batang Bayani, together with the volunteers of T’nalak Youth Group in South Cotabato, bridged more than 350 Public High School students to College as to date. 74% of them received scholarship grants. The group are now on their way to realize and make quality and equity higher education accessible to all (academically gifted but financially marginalized students in Mindanao)

The youth group was named – T’nalak Youth Group, (Tinalak) after the famous abaca cloth weaved by natives of T’boli and Lake Sebu in South Cotabato. It was believed that the design of the cloth they weaved is what they dreamt. Tinalak also because the scope of our project is the whole South Cotabato and that cloth symbolizes the province and the dream of the youth.
